It's a long-term program built around regular 60-minute video sessions where I track your progress, assign new homework and objectives, review your in-field audio, and optimize your upcoming dates — so you keep moving forward instead of sliding back into old habits.

Set Expectations

This is a system, not a quick fix.

The program has a 3-month minimum, extendable afterward. Across 900+ clients, I've seen the same pattern: there's a minimum threshold of consistency required to make change permanent. Expect to complete at least 500 approaches over the 3 months.
